We headed out to San Antonio to celebrate Andy's birthday, his new job and made it a summer mini vacation. Our first stop was Schlittherbaun. I don't have any pictures because we used one of those waterproof disposable cameras. Our favorite part there was the lazy river and Natalie enjoyed the toddler area. The following day we headed to Sea World. Natalie LOVED Shamu and the waterpark area!! She got a penguin and big Shamu cup to bring home. Natalie did so good during our hotel stay. We ate dinner on the Riverwalk during our stay and on our last day we had breakfast at our favorite authentic Mexican restaurant Mi Tierra. We also shopped on our last day and got Natalie a fun drum and took a picture of her wearing a sombrero. I love the picture of Natalie in front of the display of pan dulce (mexican pastries). She's actually looking up at the pinatas hanging from the ceiling. It was such a fun and memorable family trip and Natalie did fabulous with the drive!
