Today was Natalie's first day at Kathy's Barnyard. As soon as we walked in the door Natalie went straight for the train table and started playing. She is such a BUSY little girl. Kathy's Barnyard is a Mom's Morning Out Program located on Kathy's 8-acre property in Copper Canyon. It is conveniently located right down the street from our home! Natalie will go there on Monday mornings. Natalie's morning will consist of a snack, circle time, reading a book, going outside to play, feeding the animals, lunch and making a craft. Just to name a few of the animals on the property, a miniature donkey, a goat, a potbelly pig and some rabbits. There is a huge shaded backyard with swings. A gravel path is located in the play area outside. This paved area is great for riding bikes and push toys. It is really a neat set up! I'm so glad I found about this little secret, a Mommmy I met at MOPS filled me in. The power of Mom's and networking!! Here are pictures of the crafts Natalie completed on her first day. Next week the project is making a place mat!
