Natalie's Birthday P-A-R-T-Y

We celebrated Natalie's birthday on Saturday! The theme was FIESTA. The party was FUN and we had a HUGE turnout! Approximately 100 people celebrated with us! The menu was Latin so we served tostadas, carnita tacos and mexican rice. Mimi also served her homemade mexican salsa which is always a hit - thanks Mimi! For entertainment we had the Boogie Woogie Choo Choo give all the kids rides. Oh, and the adults too! The Mariachi's were our music entertainment. The first song for Ms. Natalie was Las Maninitas. This is the birthday song in Spanish. It is a very beautiful song and the words are very powerful. We had a DORA pinata and a bright yellow cake for the birthday party. The birthday cake on Natalie's onesie was a replica of her birthday cake - a special request by Mommy:-) All in all it was a WONDERFUL
1st birthday celebration and as Natalie's parents we felt very blessed to be surrounded by cousins, 2nd cousins, aunts, great-aunts, great-uncles, grandmothers, great-grandmothers, friends, Andy's coworkers and neighbors.
